A tail and three tomatoes
The Divine Ms. P: The woman placed these tomatoes on the table so that they could become more ripe.
A few days later they were oven-dried and most of them were used for lentil pate. (Apparently, it's surprisingly edible; even the woman likes it and she's not a big lentils fan. I never sampled any so I wouldn't know.)
She likes to experiment, so the rest of the dried tomatoes (along with some pesto) were added the next time she made crackers.
She gave me one of the crackers and I enjoyed batting it around on the floor. The little mooch ate hers.

We don't really like those round red things, but the cracker sounds pretty good:) And we love lentils!
ReplyDeleteI like batting around the tomatoes!!

Wonderful picture. Lentils are OK if they're properly seasoned. Garlic, chili etc.
ReplyDeleteCrackers taste good too.

Ohh, I love tomatoes! I stole one off a plate one time and thought it was delicious. I haven't had one since though because my mom doesn't like them...
ReplyDeleteMy brofur that came before me loved tomatoes and Momma would always offer him a slice.
ReplyDeleteI like that picture of the T's and T.

I bet crackers would make fun toys.

Whapping is good, even crackers. Love the artsy photo! Isn't it amazing how a cat can make anything look better?

That's a lovely composition! Sylvie and Gingy both like most crackers; Fuzzy likes nibbles of a few kinds. Lentil pate sounds scrumptious at least to try.
ReplyDeleteHey it was a tale of three tomatoes
ReplyDeleteNice tail!
ReplyDeleteOur Mom says that sounds yummy. Do you think you could convince your Mom to share the recipe?
